1. Registration & Fees
- All registration fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law in your state, province, or country of residence.
- Students are responsible for purchasing all required course materials. Materials may not be shared, photocopied, or resold.
- Materials should be ordered a minimum of two (2) weeks before the course start date to avoid delays.
- Registration is valid for the academic year specified at the time of enrollment. Annual registrants must re-register each year. Lifetime registrants are exempt from annual renewal fees.
2. Conduct & Dress Code
Attire: Traditional Indian dress or attire appropriate in a Mandir setting is required during all in-person sessions and during video-based classes where visual contact occurs with staff, faculty, or fellow students.
- Students must conduct themselves with respect and decorum at all times toward faculty, staff, and fellow students.
- Audio recording, video recording, or photography of any class, session, or event is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from BVSUSA administration.
- Students are responsible for acquiring their own instruments as directed by their faculty member.
- Solicitation of unapproved business, services, or external organizations within BVSUSA platforms, classes, or events is strictly prohibited.
- Violations of the conduct policy may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, curricula, recordings, and content provided by BVSUSA are the intellectual property of Jeewan Jyoti Prakaashan, licensed to B.V.S. USA Inc. and are protected by copyright.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any BVSUSA materials in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Original compositions or works created independently by a student remain the property of that student. Works created as part of a structured BVSUSA assignment or program may be retained or published by B.V.S. USA Inc. with credit given to the student. Students will be notified in advance when this applies.
4. Media Release
B.V.S. USA Inc. may capture photos and videos during classes, recitals, or events for use in promotional, educational, or archival materials.
- Students (or a parent/guardian for minors) will be notified prior to any public use of their image or likeness.
- Students may opt out at any time by submitting a written request to their teacher or via the online contact form. Opt-out requests will be honored within 30 days.
- Opting out does not affect a student's enrollment status or academic standing.
5. Privacy & Data
- BVSUSA collects personal information (name, email, address, date of birth) solely for the purpose of administering registration, enrollment, and academic records.
- Your information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., email notifications) or as required by law.
- Students may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Registrar via the online contact form.
- For students under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent at the time of registration.
6. Dispute Resolution
- The assigned teacher or principal is the first point of contact for any academic or administrative concern.
- If unresolved at the teacher level, disputes may be escalated in writing via the online contact form.
- Students agree to exhaust all internal resolution procedures before pursuing any external or public action.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
7. Amendments
B.V.S. USA Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Registered students will be notified of material changes by email. Continued enrollment after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
